Hi, I’m Kim, a Pilates Instructor and Mentor with six years of hands-on teaching and thousands of bodies guided in studio. I’m currently studying my degree as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) so the movement I teach is rooted in real exercise science and always wrapped in client-centred care. Kim has been working as a Pilates Instructor and Mentor for six years, teaching thousands of people across studio classes, private sessions and educator workshops.

She is currently studying her degree as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), weaving exercise science into every class so movement is safe, intelligent and deeply considered.
